Sep 20, 2018 - Find your model number. To learn which Apple Watch you have, use its model number: Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. A case number (A string of 4 and 6-figure numbers ie. Xxxx-xxxxxx or a string of 4 and 7 alphanumerics ie. Xxxx-xxxxxxx) is stamped on the case back of your watch. The first 4 characters of the case number is the movement number.

First, you can always leave a comment yourself (this time I posted if for you, but it’s easy). Answering to your questions (actually, there are two of them): Apple recommends that if your Apple Watch becomes unresponsive and you cannot restart it normally, then it may help to force restart the watch by pressing and holding both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, releasing the buttons when you see the Apple logo. It seems however, you did it (did yo hold the button and the Crown for at least ten seconds?). If this doesn’t help we recommend to contact Apple over phone or take the watch to the Genius Bar for repair. The same advice works for the call flashing.
